TeddyGreenFingers is a small app made by one person. There is no call centre and no ticket queue — there is an email address, and it is read.

Expect an answer within a few days. If something is broken, saying which phone you are on and what you were doing when it happened will save us both a round trip.
Things that come up
I cannot sign in
Check the confirmation email first — new accounts have to be confirmed before the first sign-in, and it sometimes lands in spam. If you have lost your password, use Forgot password on the sign-in screen.
How do I share my garden with my partner?
Settings → invite. You get a code; they enter it when they sign up or from their own Settings. Codes expire after a week.
Identification says I have done too many
Identification runs on a paid service, so it is capped — both per person and across the app as a whole — to keep it available and affordable for everybody. Waiting an hour clears it.
An identification is wrong
It will be, sometimes. It is a machine's best guess from one photograph. Treat it as a starting point, never as the final word — and never eat a mushroom on the strength of it. See the terms.
Does the app record how I use it?
Not at the moment — usage events are switched off in the database. If that changes during testing, a switch to refuse it arrives in Settings → Privacy at the same time, and the privacy notice will say so.
I want my data, or I want it gone
Both are in Settings: Export my data and Delete my account. If you have uninstalled the app already, see deleting your account.
